Work Visa

Finally got my work visa back from the Chinese Consulate in Chicago!
Got email from my Chinese colleague Wendy, although I am sure that is not her name.
Working very hard on my list of to do's to be ready for my trip. Will be flying out of Kansas City -> New York -> Beijing -> Wuyishan.

So it seems that I will be travelling to the Middle Kingdom in September to start a new job at the University of Wuyi. While I am very excited for the forthcoming journey, I still have some trepidation too. So far the school has been very nice and welcoming in our email exchanges, am looking forward to the challenge and adventure. Stay tuned for further updates!
